Regular Member – $85 for the first year, then $75 annually thereafter. Regular membership will be limited to police, fire, military, and other governmental agency personnel who have or who have had legal responsibility as technicians or investigators or are involved in research or development in the field of explosives. All candidates for Regular membership shall be subject to review and final approval by the appropriate Regional Director. The regular member shall have voting privileges and may hold elected office.

Associate Member- $85 for the first year, then $75 annually thereafter. Those whose duties do not involve them directly in the disposal of explosive devices or the investigation of bombings, but have a peripheral interest which will be of benefit to the Association. All candidates for Associate Membership shall be subject to review and final approval by the appropriate Regional Director. An Associate Member shall not enjoy voting privileges.

Student Member– Student shall be enrolled in an accredited university or college. Candidate shall meet the criteria as noted in the IABTI Standard Operating Guidelines. Candidate shall pay a one-time, non-refundable, non-transferrable Student Membership fee.
