Distinguished Life Member
This is available to any regular member no longer actively engaged in the explosives field, but who has
made a significant contribution to the profession. To be eligible, candidate:
a. shall be a minimum of 50 years of age;
b. shall be fully retired from the explosives field;
c. shall have been a member of the IABTI for a minimum of ten years;
d. shall have demonstrated past activities in the support of the IABTI, its goals and objectives.
A Distinguished Life Member is exempt from annual dues and enjoys voting privileges, but may not hold elected office. To receive this benefit, one must apply for Distinguished Life Membership, which is subject to review and final approval by the Executive Board.
Life Membership
Life Membership is available to any regular member. To be eligible, the candidate:
a. shall be a minimum of 50 years old;
b. shall have been an IABTI member in good standing for a minimum of fifteen years;
c. shall pay a one-time, non-refundable, non-transferable, $450 Life Membership fee.
A Life Member is exempt from annual dues and enjoys voting privileges, but may not hold elected office. To receive this benefit, one must apply for Life Membership and remit the Life Membership fee. The application is subject to review and final approval by the Executive Board.
